Lodge 3.6 Quart Enamel Cast Iron Casserole Dish

Happy Friday!

Today I want to share with you my opinion about the bright Dutch oven –Lodge 3.6 Quart Enamel Cast Iron Casserole Dish with Lid.

What did I like about this model?

The incredible design of the Dutch oven will not leave anyone indifferent. Look at its wide shape, stylish black matt enameled bezels, and smooth glass surface does not react to the ingredients.

You can cook and serve unforgettable dishes from the same dish with this mix. I think next time I will definitely make a meat casserole in it, which my family likes so much.

I want to note that this model allows you to bake or fry in the oven up to 500°F, cook or fry on any stove, as well as marinate and cool the dishes. It has a very secure lid, which fits tightly during cooking.

You can easily use the casserole frying pan on gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs as well as in the oven. The manufacturer does not recommend using this model on an open grill or on an open fire. It is already clear to everyone that we will need other dishes for an open fire.

How about cleaning the dishes?

The glossy enamel of the casserole frying pan is two-layer and easy to clean in warm water. For cooking, it’s best to use wooden, silicone, or nylon kitchen utensils so as not to spoil the dishes’ excellent appearance.

Yes, I almost forgot, you can wash it in the dishwasher, but it’s better to wash it manually. That way, you’ll keep the original dishes intact for longer.
