- Clean the broccoli by removing the leaves and detaching the florets from the core.
- Rinse the florets under fresh running water.
- Place the florets in the microwaveable basket. I usually prefer a low and long version where I can put all the florets lying down, but a classic basket in which to put the florets on top of each other is also fine.
- Cover with the lid provided. Cook at 800 watts for 8 minutes. Allow them to rest without opening the container for 5 minutes before removing them.
