  • 400 g broccoli


  • Clean the broccoli by removing the leaves and detaching the florets from the core.
  • Rinse the florets under fresh running water.
  • Place the florets in the microwaveable basket. I usually prefer a low and long version where I can put all the florets lying down, but a classic basket in which to put the florets on top of each other is also fine.
  • Cover with the lid provided. Cook at 800 watts for 8 minutes. Allow them to rest without opening the container for 5 minutes before removing them.
  • If you are using a basket where they have bunched up a bit do 4 minutes of cooking, stir, then do the other 4 minutes of cooking.
