The holidays are approaching, so soon we will be cooking more and more delicious food. I especially like to bake different cookies and cupcakes. I have a little secret that helps me with the most difficult step in preparing the dough is Hamilton Beach stand mixer.
It is just a magic thing if you need to mix which dough with any ingredients.
For mixing you have 7 speeds, you can choose your own speed for different types of ingredients or use the instruction manual. It is located at the top of the mixer and allows you to find out what speed to use for different mixing methods.
The handle on the top of the mixer provides the best grip when you lift the head of the mixer to add ingredients or replace the attachment.
Three splash guard, dough hook, whisk and flat beater nozzles are included. They are easy to remove and attach. The nozzles and splash guard can be washed in the dishwasher.
