Summer Salad – Best Way To Replenish Vitamins

Happy Friday!

I like to eat more fruits and fresh vegetables in the summer. Today I want to share with you one great summer salad recipe from Pauline.

Summer salad:


  • lettuce

  • one tomato

  • one peach

  • 6 raspberries

  • half a avocado

  • a quarter of a cucumber

  • 10g pumkinseeds

  • 10g olive oil

  • some balsamic glace

  • salt

  • pepper

  • some parsley


  • Cut everything
  • Add it into a bowl to mix it
