Cacao tahini oatmeal for breakfast

Today I want to share with you one tasteful recipe for breakfast from one of my favorite food bloggers – Magda. She cooked healthy creamy cacao tahini oatmeal for breakfast this morning.

Cacao tahini oatmeal recipe


  • 60g (about 1/2 cup) rolled oats

  • 120ml (1/2 cup) water

  • 120ml (1/2 cup) plant milk

  • 1 tbsp light tahini

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cacao powder
    pinch of salt


  • In a small saucepan, mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Let simmer until creamy and thickened, stirring frequently.
  • Transfer to a bowl and serve with your favorite toppings.
