Banana protein waffles

Hey, everybody. How are you doing? I wanted to eat something sweet this morning. So I decided to make banana waffles. One good recipe Natalia told me on her blog.

Let’s read her idea for waffles.


  • 2 TBS coconut flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 mashed ripe banana

  • Cinnamon

  • 1 scoop protein


  • Mix it all up& cook on skillet/waffle maker for 8ish minutes
  •  top with all the things you love
